Hi! I’m Berkley.
I started my legal career in litigation - watching people fight with each other in court and spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on problems that could have been avoided with proper legal planning.
Almost right away, I knew that being a courtroom lawyer wasn’t my calling - so I started a legal-lifestyle blog on the side. I collaborated with other entrepreneurs in the online business space and started to help them with their legal problems. I love working with other business owners and helping them build and protect their brands.
I know from first-hand experience how devastating it can be to a business if you are not legally protected. My goal is to give my friends, clients and fellow online business owners legal peace of mind so that you can focus on doing what you love.
We work with online business owners in a variety of industries, but our clients tend to be brand owners, coaches, experts, course creators, 1:1 service providers, or online communities.
